Robert Dodge
Robert is a commercial and fine arts photographer specializing in documentary, travel and corporate work. He has just produced his first photography book, Vietnam 40 Years Later, a nine-year project that offers a new and more hopeful vision of Vietnam four decades after the war.
During Open Studios, Robert will be offering prints from the project and autographed books.
The book, which contains more than 100 compelling color photographs, was published this Spring by Damiani Editore of Italy, one of the world's premiere art book publishers. Through the book, Robert asks Americans to no longer think of Vietnam as a metaphor for war and failure, but to see it as a beautiful country with a rich culture, a growing economy and vibrant people.
The book's website is www.Vietnam40YearsLater.com.
Prints from the project have been acquired by the Library of Congress, and the images have won several international photography awards. The limited edition prints are made with the highest quality archival papers and pigments.
They truly can be collected with confidence.
